"I chose RTC’s Ford Asset Program because it offers an economic education—a
2-year course which is ‘half work, half learn’. It’s the fastest way to get
where I want to go. All the dealerships I talked to recommended RTC.
RTC is a great place to learn because the teachers not only know their subject,
they can actually teach it to students and it is obvious they enjoy doing it.
Everything I am learning at RTC is relevant to working in a real shop. One
strong point is that I immediately apply what we learn in the shop, so we get
immediate feedback on how my education is proceeding. Attending RTC means I get
both education and experience. We don’t waste time learning what we don’t need
to learn.
