Property Maintenance
Students gain skills necessary for effective property maintenance
in apartment and other residential settings. Students learn safe
procedures in property maintenance, painting and preparing
residential units, maintaining an attractive outdoor environment,
basic electrical and plumbing, communication and customer service,
and job search skills. The program is designed for
students with limited English proficiency and, as such, vocational
English as a Second Language (ESL) is infused in all courses.
