Student Dining Services

From a quick hamburger and fries to an elegant candlelight meal, RTC's Culinary Arts Program, Professional Baking Program, and Food Service staff can satisfy your palate and your needs. Visit RTC's Culinary Arts facility on the first floor of the Robert C. Roberts Campus Center, Building I. Our restaurants and bakery provide a hands-on environment for training students. A wide variety of vending machines are available throughout the campus for your evening and Saturday food needs.

Culinaire Room

A sit-down restaurant featuring upscale daily menus at reasonable prices. It offers a delicious selection of Northwest, ethnic and international cuisine.

Check, cash, Visa or MasterCard are accepted.

Hours of Operation -  11:15 a.m. - 1 p.m., Monday - Friday, when school is in session. Closed October 25, November 8, 10, and 23-24.

Friday Buffet – No Friday Buffet on November 10 and 24

During Fall, Winter, and Spring Quarters the Culinaire Room offers a Friday Buffet on select dates in place of the regular menu.


C.A.F.E. (Culinary Arts Furthering Education) Dining

The College C.A.F.E. features daily specials from the grill,  breakfast, deli, salad bar and beverage station.

Hours of Operation -  Breakfast – 7 a.m. – 10 a.m. | Lunch - 11:15 a.m. - 1 p.m., Monday – Friday. Limited service Oct. 25, Nov. 8. Closed Nov. 10, 11/23-24.


Culinaire Express

Fast food for people on the go! Featuring quick burgers, wraps, baskets, pizza and daily specials.

Cash, Visa or MasterCard are accepted.

Hours of Operation - 11 a.m. - 2:45 p.m., Monday - Friday, when school is in session. Closed Oct. 25, Nov. 8, 10, and 23-24.


Bakery

An assortment of freshly baked goods is prepared daily by students in the Professional Baking program and sold in the RTC Bakery. Special order cakes, pies or other breads and pastries are available by calling (425) 235-2352, ext. 5596. Minimum three (3) day notice required for special orders.
