Handshake has been implemented as Career Services platform for our campus. All Renton Technical College students and alumni have free access to Handshake. CHIPS (Computer Help & Information Protection Support)

CHIPS does not provide or purchase parts.

Remote services CHIPS offers:

  • Hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Software upgrades
  • Computer performance boost

The LRCC Food Pantry

The RTC Food Pantry provides an ever-changing variety of both perishable and non-perishable foods and hygiene products for students in need. One (1) grocery bag per student per day. Some high demand items are kept behind the front desk – ask the Front Desk staff for assistance with getting these items.

Stop by the LRCC for a quick snack or a bag of groceries and hygiene products.


Tutoring Services

The LRCC provides a free tutoring service in person or remote via Zoom to help students succeed in their classes. There are tutors available for Math, English, Science (biology, chemistry, anatomy & physiology), Accounting, Basic Studies/HS21+, Computer Apps/Science/BAS, and Medical Assistant.
