The student conduct process is a way for the college to adjudicate academic and/or behavioral misconduct*. This includes (but not limited to) academic dishonesty, assault, cyber-misconduct, weapons, hazing, lewd conduct, alcohol/drugs, vandalism, or disorderly conduct.

The non-instructional concern process is a way for students to resolve problems* that occur outside of the classroom. 


*Any alleged complaints/violations related to sexual, racial and other harassment, or bias-related behaviors should be reported directly to the Office of Human Resources, per RTC Policy/Procedure 4.1, Equal Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy and Complaint Procedure and 4.2, Sexual Harassment/Discrimination Procedure.
