It's Mental Health Awareness Month

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and an ideal time to educate the RTC Community on the conditions that affect mental health, how to seek help if needed, and live a mentally healthy life!

Mental Health Awareness Week will feature events that provide information on preventative measures to maintain or improve general physical and mental wellness.
