Guided Pathways Navigators (GPNs) are dedicated to connecting students with the people
and resources they need to succeed. Whether it’s linking students to academic advisors,
counselors, or campus services, GPNs are here to guide and support students throughout
their journey at RTC.
What We Offer
Personal Pathways Navigation: Help students identify the right resources and support for their academic, career,
and personal goals.
Program Mapping Connections: Assist students in connecting with their academic counselors, where they can finalize
program plans and degree paths.
Career Planning and Job Placement Support: Help students access career planning services, internships, and job placement resources.
Resource Navigation: Provide information and connections to campus services, such as financial aid, scholarships,
tutoring, and more.

My name is Helen, 郑牧遥, and I am committed to helping students succeed on their educational
journeys at RTC. As a Guided Pathways Navigator, I provide support in navigating academic
challenges and exploring opportunities for success. I believe every student deserves

Karla Perez Guided Pathways Navigator – Transportation Technology and Advanced Manufacturing
I’m Karla Perez, a San Francisco native with Central American roots. With experience
as an Entry Advisor at Highline College and five years as an Immigration Paralegal
in Seattle, I’ve worked closely with immigrant communities. This experience inspired
