Lockers are provided for personal belongings.
Prohibited Items in the Testing Center include:
- Hats or headgear. Religious headgear will be inspected by the proctor before the test candidate is permitted to enter the test room.
- Outerwear clothing
- Cell phones
- Headphones and Air Pods
- All electronic devices including WiFi or Bluetooth-enabled devices
- Watches and Fitbits
- Wallets
- Keys
- Purses
- Backpacks
- Gum, candy, and any other food or beverage item
- Tobacco and/or nicotine products
- Cologne or perfume
- Mechanical or personal writing instruments
- Any other items not allowed as noted on the proctor instruction form
- Children cannot be left in the lobby unsupervised
These rules allow Renton Technical College test proctors to comply with the test company contracts that have been signed and agreed to as certified proctors. The RTC Testing Center offers all test candidates the same level of service.
