RTC Virtual Welcome Center

Sessions are offered via Zoom by clicking the link below. If you need one-on-one support regarding a private matter, email us at advising@rtc.edu or book an appointment by calling the Andee Jorgensen Student Success Center at (425) 235-5840 or (425) 235-5804.

What to Expect: When you enter the meeting, you will be placed in a waiting room with other students in the order in which you joined. A Student Entry Specialist will accept you into the meeting and pair you up with the next available RTC staff member. Each student has 10–15 minutes with an advisor so please be patient while we work with students who might be in front of you. Please be aware during peak times waits may be long and you may be encouraged to connect with that RTC staff member through other mediums.
