MUSC& 105 - Music Appreciation (5 credits)
This course helps students develop an understanding of the elements and vocabulary
of music while deepening their appreciation of music as a reflection of cultural tradition
and innovation. Students gain tools for analysis such as the historical, political
and cultural influences on musical traditions. Class activities include lectures,
written materials and a variety of listening experiences.
