Federal Regulations require schools to establish a cost of attendance (COA), which reflects the average cost of attending college. The state determines it and includes allowances for tuition and fees, books/course materials/supplies & equipment, transportation, and living expenses.

COA is based on quarterly enrollment level which varies for each student. You cannot receive aid above this amount. The Student and Parent Contribution are determined by applying a federal need analysis formula to the information you provided on your aid application. Eligibility for need-based financial aid is determined by subtracting the Student and Parent Contribution from the Budget Amount.

RTC's standard COA for 2024-2025 is based on a nine-month, three term, full-time enrollment. Costs are estimates only and are prorated for less than full-time enrollment level.
