Student Email

Renton Technical College student email is the official means of communication between Renton Technical College and our students including important news and information from Faculty, Registration, Financial Aid, Student Programs and Campus Security. Your email address is generated when you apply to RTC.

Please note: Due to the ctcLink transition, there is a delay in generating email addresses

An RTC Account (student email) provides:

• Access to vital RTC systems, software, and services, including Canvas
• Built-in security features including virus scanning and spam filters
• Notification of news and opportunities during your college experience
• An easier way to keep your school and personal communications distinct
• Educational discounts on services and products through your .edu address

RTC Account (student email) login credentials:

• Username = RTC student email address
• Default password = Rtc#ctcLink ID (example: Rtc#123456789)
