Do you need to verify your enrollment at Renton Technical College (RTC)? 

To conveniently serve RTC students around the clock, RTC has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as its agent for verification of student enrollment status. You can obtain an official Enrollment Verification at any time via the Clearinghouse website.

If you cannot request through National Student Clearinghouse:

  • RTC current and previous students can complete the RTC Enrollment Verification Request
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
  • If requesting to pick up the documentation in-person, valid photo identification is required
  • Submissions can also be made in person or through mail

Third-party verifications:

  • Submit your requests for enrollment verification to enrollmentverification@rtc.edu or through mail
  • All third-party requests are required to include a student signed release of information
  • Please also provide a secure portal and/or mailing address for completed verifications to be submitted

Do you need a form completed?

If you have a specific form you need completed for: loan deferment, housing authority, or other organizations, etc.

In Person submissions: Review the Department Directory for hours of operation and location of the Enrollment Services counter
