Welcome to MAY: Mental Health Awareness Month. We're excited to share our upcoming programming. This programming is focused on mental wellness and fostering a supportive community for all.

We've teamed up with partners like the Library, Office of DEI, and the Wellbriety Center on Campus to organize various events and activities designed to boost mental health awareness and well-being. Some highlights are below:

Understanding Disordered Eating
Rachel Farris, from the Emily Project, will be sharing valuable insights and strategies to navigate this complex issue with sensitivity and understanding.

Free Yoga Course
For students/staff/faculty, this yoga class welcomes all levels, focusing on the basics of yoga and mindfulness. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, the aim is to build confidence in your practice and encourage a personal approach to yoga for both physical and mental well-being.

Meditation Mondays
Join an RTC Meditation Monday this May. Meet with other members of our community to stretch, connect and follow a guided meditation. No previous meditation experience necessary.
