Some students know just where they want to go in their careers. Others aren’t so sure. RTC’s Guided Pathways Model helps students design their education around their interests, get them on the right path, and graduate sooner.

Maybe you know you want to help people, but you don’t know how to make a career out of that. Our entry advisers and academic counselors will direct you to consider our varied programs in Health & Human Services.

Or maybe you know you want to work with your hands. There’s probably a program in Advanced Manufacturing that’s a perfect fit. We have grouped our programs into seven distinct Areas of Study to help you narrow your decision. We’ll help you decide where your interests and talents lie, then get you started on the right educational track. And we’ll support you every step of the way, making sure you stay on that path, complete your program, and find success in your career.
