Navigate for employees is RTC’s student success management system that connects faculty, students, and advisors. Employee self-paced training (RTC account login required)

Employees use Navigate to:

  • Access student course schedule, contact info, grades, and more 
  • Communicate with students via email and/or text 
  • Submit progress reports or alerts for students in need of additional support 
  • Schedule and manage appointments with students online 
  • Document advising and other interactions with students in collaboration with other advisors and faculty
