The RTC Foundation offers a number of grants to help cover costs associated with books, special fees, equipment, or other required materials. Grants are for currently enrolled RTC students only. Students fill out a single application and must select which grant they are applying for. Please see specific grant details below.

Please note: all grant applications require additional documentation for submission.

Grants Offered

The Book and Equipment Support (BES) Grant helps to cover the costs of books, special fees, and equipment for current students in college degree or certification programs and who have completed at least one quarter at RTC. Grants range from $500 to $1,000 depending on your program and must be used during the academic year you received it. The BES grant can be used to purchase laptops through the RTC Bookstore after required course materials have been purchased first.

For the 2024-2025 school year, the RTC Foundation will accept completed applications beginning the week prior to the start of quarter. Applications will close two weeks prior to the end of the quarter (unless closed due to depleted funds).
