Student Resources

Approval Process

  • Student posters/flyers: Must be approved and stamped by the Student Life Office before posting.
  • External organizations: Must follow college procedures and obtain approval from the Office of Student Life (Building J-216)

Posting Locations

  • Authorized areas: Posters and flyers may only be placed on designated bulletin boards.
  • Prohibited areas: Posting on doors, windows, bathroom partitions, mirrors, light fixtures, emergency equipment, and unauthorized walls is not allowed.
  • Quantity: Only one poster per event is allowed on each bulletin board, and a maximum of three posters per event in each area or hallway.

Hanging Guidelines

  • Indoor posting: Use thumb tacks, staples, or tape to affix posters to bulletin boards.
  • Removal: Posters must be removed within 24 hours after the event concludes.
  • Compliance: Non-compliant posters will be removed, and the responsible department or individual will be notified.
