Find Qualified Job Applicants and Interns:
Renton Technical College uses Handshake as our career services platform. We encourage employers to sign up for a free account to post jobs, communicate directly with our students, and sign up for our events. If you already have an employer Handshake account, please add RTC to your favorite school list.
Companies are encouraged to post future job openings on Handshake and email us, so we can also post them internally if desired, especially for urgent positions.
In-person and Virtual Recruiting Events:
Career Fairs:
RTC Career Services holds multiple in-person and virtual career fairs annually, which typically involve registration fees. The revenue generated from these fairs is utilized to fund student scholarships, support our campus food pantry, and provide other student-centered resources. The registration pages will be shared with the public on Handshake, please follow us for upcoming events on Handshake. Employer of the Week:
The Employer of the Week program aims to connect local companies with RTC students by sharing information about their businesses, hiring processes, and job openings.
We invite employers to our campus every Tuesday to present in RTC’s Cafeteria during lunch hours. To reserve a table, please choose from the available dates below and schedule through Handshake:
