Facilities Services
For items needing urgent attention please call RTC Security at 425-235-7871.
Security officers need to document certain issues and will contact appropriate Facilities staff by radio. Urgent items include:
- Safety hazards
- Significant water leaks
- Locked doors or doors not unlocking /working properly
- Broken window or glass
- Smell of smoke
- Smell of gas
Non-urgent items needing attention:
- Heating and cooling issues
- Custodial supply refills (paper towels, bathroom tissue, hand soap)
- Plumbing (leaks, running or clogged toilets, no hot water)
- Spills requiring clean-up
